Todd has been a part of the Frederic Thomas team since 2002. He began his career in operations management, and in 2007 he became the vice president of operations.
Todd has worked in the printing industry for over two decades. Early on, he worked in sales service at Arandell Corporation, followed by a sales position at Artech Printing. Since joining the Frederic Thomas USA team, Todd has overseen the production of more than 400 million domestically produced books. He was instrumental in developing the closed-loop child safety stitch that is used in all Frederic Thomas USA products. Todd can be credited with a 100 percent clean safety record and total compliance with all CPSIA regulations.
A graduate of Ball State University, Todd has a bachelor's degree in graphic arts management with a minor in business management. While at Ball State, he was a 4-time All-American volleyball player and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2006. He played professional volleyball overseas, and also trained with the US National team.
Todd currently lives in Wisconsin. He is an avid golfer, and recently developed an interest in saltwater fishing. He enjoys classic movies like "Rear Window," and "The Great Escape." His favorite childhood book was Detective Arthur Master Sleuth, which he had the pleasure of reading to his two boys when they were little.
Carl has been a part of the Frederic Thomas USA team since 2012. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where he studied engineering physics and chemistry. Carl has worked as a design engineer in the battery industry, as well as a process engineer in both the paper and petroleum industries. He brings a keen eye, and an analytical mind, to every project he's involved with. Carl's hobbies include aviation, water sports and fishing.
